Information we collect

• Email address and account details when you sign in or ask to be notified
• Phone numbers you enter in the dialer (to provide calling services)
• Usage analytics (page views, button clicks, session ID) if you consent
• Call records: destination number, time, duration, and cost
• Payment information processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

How we use information

• To provide and improve PayCall calling services
• To process PayCall Credit purchases
• To communicate about your account and service updates
• To analyze usage and improve the product (with consent)

Data sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run PayCall: Stripe (payments), Telnyx (telephony), Google (sign-in and, with your consent, analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement), and our hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information.

After you accept all cookies, OpenAI measures which ChatGPT ads lead to credit purchases. We send the purchase amount, currency and a unique event ID. The OpenAI Pixel uses __oppref (30 days) and __obref (365 days). Its automatic advanced matching recognizes supported customer information on the website and hashes it in your browser before sending it to OpenAI. We opt these events out of future user-level personalization. Choosing essential cookies or opting out stops this measurement.

Retention

We keep account and transaction data as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

Your rights

International transfers
