Agreement
By using PayCall at pay-call.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
PayCall Credits
PayCall Credits are prepaid credits for PayCall services (including voice calls) and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless we allow it
- Credits have no cash value outside of PayCall services
- Unused credits may be subject to inactivity policies (announced before launch)

Calling service
PayCall connects you to third-party phone numbers via internet-based telephony. We do not guarantee that every number will be reachable or that call quality will meet your expectations in all conditions.
Acceptable use
- Do not use PayCall for illegal, harassing, or fraudulent activity
- Do not attempt to bypass billing or abuse free trials
- You are responsible for complying with local laws when placing calls
Not for emergencies
PayCall is not a replacement for emergency services (911, 112, or local equivalents). Do not use PayCall for life-threatening emergencies.
Pre-launch
PayCall is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change. The dialer may be available before live calling is enabled.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayCall is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party networks.
