Calling from Germany

From a German mobile or landline, dial +1 302-594-8200 for personal credit cards; your German plan's rate for U.S. calls applies. Chase's 1-800-935-9935 is a U.S. toll-free line that many foreign networks don't connect. PayCall reached it from Germany in a test call, and the phone menu accepted keypresses.

Credit cards, bank accounts and collect calls are different

Use the service for your product. The overseas personal-card number is not a universal contact for every Chase account. Chase also publishes +1 713-262-1679 for overseas collect calls; arranging a collect call requires an operator. Dialing it with PayCall is an ordinary paid browser call, not a collect call.

Is a browser call to Chase's +1 713-262-1679 a collect call?

No. Chase accepts the charges only on a collect call placed through an operator. Through PayCall the call is an ordinary outgoing call paid from your prepaid credits.

Can I add credits during a call?

Yes. Tap “Add credits without hanging up” on the call screen and pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay right there. The call keeps running, and the new balance extends it. Useful when a hotline keeps you on hold longer than expected.
