Which contact is right for me?

Bank of America's account and credit-card support use different contacts. Its checking and savings page also lists a Spanish service line. Choose your product below, check your current phone plan, and use a supported U.S. browser call if you need another way to connect.

Other published contact numbers

Check the product and calling conditions on the bank’s official site. Collect calls require an operator and cannot be placed with PayCall.

  • Checking/savings collect reference: requires operator+1 315-724-4022

Calling from Germany

For an ordinary U.S. service number use +1 followed by its ten digits, and check your German carrier's tariff. A published collect reference needs an operator. Check the department's U.S. time zone rather than assuming German local time.

Checking and savings or credit card?

The checking/savings source lists the Spanish account line and identifies +1 315-724-4022 as international collect. Credit-card support is separate. Use the official product page; a collect reference requires operator arrangements and is not a free PayCall call.

Calling from Mexico or another country

Use the contact for the U.S. account you hold. Do not assume a local office or another similarly named bank handles that account. Confirm access and charges with your carrier before trying a browser call; your existing plan may include the U.S. destination.

If you need Spanish-language account support

The account contact page lists a dedicated Spanish number above. Product availability and staff access remain the bank's responsibility. This guide does not promise a specific wait time, an agent or an account outcome.

Sources, tests and independence

Confirm the department on the official Bank of America page linked above. Only a dated badge means PayCall made a test call to that number; checking a source is not a test. PayCall is independent of Bank of America and can't guarantee a connection, an agent or an account outcome.

Frequently asked questions

Is +1 315-724-4022 an ordinary international bank number?

The checking and savings page labels it international collect. Arrange that route with an operator. PayCall's ordinary outgoing calls use prepaid credits; choose the relevant U.S. service line instead.

Is the bank's toll-free line free through PayCall?

No. PayCall charges its connected-minute rate, including phone menus. A working call included in your current plan may be cheaper; check your carrier's terms.

Can I add credits during a call?

Yes. Tap “Add credits without hanging up” on the call screen and pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay right there. The call keeps running, and the new balance extends it. Useful when a hotline keeps you on hold longer than expected.
