Use the complete U.S. number
The +1 country code comes before the ten-digit U.S. number: three digits for the area code and seven for the local number. On a mobile, hold 0 to enter +. A landline's international access prefix depends on the country you are calling from. In PayCall, use +1 rather than a local exit prefix.
A correct format does not guarantee that a toll-free line accepts calls from your carrier. Also confirm that the contact is for your specific card, account, policy or booking.

Choose the lowest-cost method that works for you
Your existing plan may already include calls to the U.S. Check it before buying another service. Carrier Wi-Fi calling and internet browser calling are different: the former uses your mobile provider's service; PayCall uses prepaid credits.

How to call from your browser
Use a stable internet connection, a microphone and a supported U.S. or Canadian destination. No U.S. SIM or app download is needed. Emergency, premium and special-service numbers are excluded; connection to a particular hotline is not guaranteed.

What a browser call costs
Calls start in Hold for me with your microphone off at $0.09/min, keypad menus included. With your microphone on, PayCall costs $0.39/min. Billed per second. No subscription. Internet or data-roaming charges may apply separately.
For example, 20 minutes in Hold for me plus 10 minutes speaking costs $5.70. A U.S. toll-free destination is not a free PayCall call.
Unanswered calls are free. If a call fails for a technical reason on our side, email support and we'll review it. PayCall is an independent calling service, not the company you are contacting.

Chase personal credit-card support is different from checking-account support. PNC separates personal and business contacts. GEICO U.S. policies and overseas policies can have different support channels. Use the linked company guides and their official sources before calling.

Yes, through a supported browser calling service over Wi-Fi or mobile data. PayCall needs a microphone, an account and prepaid credits. The business may still require its own identity verification.
Does +1 always mean the United States?
No. The +1 numbering plan also includes Canada and other territories. Confirm the full destination; PayCall currently supports eligible U.S. and Canadian numbers.
