Unlimited Calling Pass · Refunds

An Unlimited Calling Pass gives you unlimited calls to U.S. and Canadian numbers for 24 hours or 3 days. It starts when you pay or, if a pass is already running, when that pass ends. Calls you start before the pass ends are covered, one call at a time and up to 3 hours per call. A pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew. It belongs to your account and has no cash value. Calls on a pass cost nothing, so the call refund does not apply to them.

The 3-hour Unlimited Calling Pass runs for 3 hours from payment or, if a pass is already running, from the end of that pass. Unlike the longer passes, a call in progress ends when it ends.

A pass starts working as soon as it is paid, so it is not refunded for a change of mind or for time you did not use, except where consumer protection law requires it. If a technical fault on our side kept you from calling during your pass, email us and we will review it.

A few things worth knowing.

Which numbers can I call?

Supported U.S. and Canadian landline, mobile and toll-free numbers, 1-800 lines included: PayCall places the call from the U.S. network. Premium, emergency and special services, collect calls and Canadian area code 867 are excluded.

Can I call a U.S. 1-800 number from abroad?

Yes. Foreign phones often can't reach U.S. 1-800 numbers, but PayCall places the call from the U.S. network, so they connect from your browser. While you wait on hold, you pay $0.09/min.

How do the two rates work?

$0.09/min · Hold for me. $0.39/min · Speaking. All prices in USD · billed per second. Your call starts muted at the waiting rate. You can return to this rate twice. Further muting stays at the speaking rate. Voice menus also need speaking mode.

How much does a hotline call cost?

A typical hotline call, 20 minutes on hold and 10 minutes talking, costs about $5.70, billed per second. Calling apps can be cheaper per minute for long personal calls. PayCall is built for hotlines: waiting is cheap, and a call that didn't help can be refunded (up to $3 per call), not just unused credit.

What if a call didn't help?

Call didn't help, whatever the reason? Refund up to 2 calls yourself within 24 hours of each call; for a 3rd, send us a request and we review it. Up to $3 per call and $9 total per account, returned as PayCall Credits, not cash. Unanswered calls are free.

Do I need an app or a SIM?

No app or local phone SIM is required. Use a supported browser, microphone and WiFi or mobile data. The person you call answers on their normal phone. Your internet provider may charge for data.

Can I add credits during a call?

Yes. Tap “Add credits without hanging up” on the call screen and pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay right there. The call keeps running, and the new balance extends it. Useful when a hotline keeps you on hold longer than expected.

Can someone else pay for me if my card is blocked?

Yes. You create a pay link and send it by WhatsApp or SMS, for example. The other person pays by card without an account, and the credit or Unlimited Calling Pass goes to your PayCall account. The link works for 24 hours and can be paid once.
