If your card is blocked, lost or declined abroad, you can still call your bank. Create a pay link in PayCall and send it by WhatsApp or SMS. Someone you trust pays by card, without an app or an account, and the credit or Unlimited Calling Pass goes to your account. You then call U.S. and Canadian numbers from your browser.

How a pay link works

  • Sign in to PayCall for free. You don't need a card for this.
  • Choose credit or an Unlimited Calling Pass and enter your name.
  • Send the link by WhatsApp or SMS. It works for 24 hours and can be paid once.
  • The other person pays by card on Stripe's page. The purchase goes to your account and you can call.

What the person paying sees

They see the name you entered, the amount and what it is for. They don't see your email, your calls or the numbers you dial. Neither you nor PayCall sees their card number. They need no app and no PayCall account.

What to do first when your card is blocked or lost

  • Lock the card in your bank's app if you still can.
  • Find your bank's international number on its website or on the back of the card. 1-800 numbers often don't work from abroad.
  • If you have another card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can pay with that. If not, ask someone you trust to pay the link.

Limits to know

PayCall calls U.S. and Canadian numbers only. Each link can be paid once, and an account can create up to five links a day. Credit and passes stay on your account. Any refund of the payment goes back to the card that paid. The first top-up bonus doesn't apply to link payments.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone else pay for me if my card is blocked?

Yes. You create a pay link and send it by WhatsApp or SMS, for example. The other person pays by card without an account, and the credit or Unlimited Calling Pass goes to your PayCall account. The link works for 24 hours and can be paid once.

Does the person paying need an account or an app?

No. They open the link, check your name and the amount, and pay by card on Stripe's page.

How do I call my bank if I lost my card and have no credit?

Ask someone you trust to pay a PayCall link. Once it is paid, you call from your browser over WiFi or mobile data. This works for U.S. and Canadian numbers.

Can the person paying see my calls?

No. They see only the name you entered, the amount and what it is for.

Is it safe to pay a link I received?

Only pay if you know the person and they asked you directly. PayCall never contacts anyone to ask for this payment, and it is not a payment to a bank or government agency.
