Reservations, Aeroplan or a travel agency?

Reservations support, Aeroplan points bookings and Air Canada Vacations are separate services. For a booking made through a travel agency or online travel agency, Air Canada directs you back to the original booking source for changes and cancellations.

Consult the official contact directory for international numbers, current service hours and language options. The browser-call numbers here cover reservations; they are not a dedicated baggage emergency line or a promise that an agent will answer immediately.

How to call from your browser

1. 1Check the official contact page and pick the correct product or department.
2. 2Choose Canada +1 in PayCall, enter the ten-digit number and check the rate.
3. 3Sign in and add prepaid USD credits if needed. Allow microphone access.

Prices, currency and limits

Calls start in Hold for me at $0.09 USD/min with your microphone off, keypad menus included. With your microphone on, the call costs $0.39 USD/min. Calls are billed per second and there is no subscription. A toll-free destination is still a paid call through PayCall; prices are in U.S. dollars, not Canadian dollars.

Hold for me works with menus in any language: you listen yourself and turn your microphone on to speak. Hotline routing and opening hours can affect whether you reach an agent. Area code 867, premium, emergency and special services are excluded. PayCall does not provide incoming calls, SMS, verification codes or operator-assisted collect calls.

Before calling about a flight

Have the booking reference, passenger name, travel dates and the change you need ready. Check whether the airline’s manage-booking tool can make that change first. For a disrupted flight, distinguish reservations assistance from a post-travel complaint or compensation request. PayCall is independent of Air Canada and cannot alter a ticket.
