The 1-800-T-MOBILE line (1-800-937-8997) is for calls inside the U.S. Abroad, use +1 505-998-3793. T-Mobile also recommends calling from another line if service problems persist.
Phone lost, stolen or without service?
T-Mobile's international line is meant to be called from your own T-Mobile phone. That only helps while the phone still works. If it was lost or stolen, your line is suspended, or roaming has failed, you can call +1 505-998-3793 from a laptop or another device's browser with PayCall over Wi-Fi.
Report a lost or stolen phone quickly so the carrier can suspend the line. Never share a one-time passcode with anyone who calls you about the incident.
