TransUnion's Service Center, 1-800-916-8800, handles credit freezes, fraud alerts, disputes and questions about your TransUnion credit report. It is open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. TransUnion doesn't publish a separate number for callers outside the U.S., and U.S. toll-free numbers often don't connect from foreign phones. Credit freezes, fraud alerts and disputes can also be started online in your TransUnion account, which works from any country.
TransUnion also answers through Messages on iOS and WhatsApp, with live agents during the same hours as the phone lines. If you need to talk the problem through, or a verification step asks you to call, use the Service Center number.
