Which Barclays number to use
Barclays US lists 877-523-0478 for general credit-card inquiries and support around the clock. Some cards have their own line, for example 866-928-3075 for the AAdvantage Aviator Mastercard and 855-284-9166 for the Aviator Business Mastercard. Online Savings and CD customers use 888-710-8756.
From outside the U.S., Barclays lists +1 302-255-8888 for collect calls. A collect call needs an operator; PayCall places ordinary paid calls, so use the 1-800 number for your card in PayCall instead. To report a lost or stolen card, Barclays also offers this in the online account and app.
